The Utah Association of Public Treasurers strives to provide quality education and training, the opportunity for professional certification, and networking opportunities for public treasury and financial officials.

HB39 officially passed and was signed by the governor on Friday, March 17. See below for details or visit this
link.  Any treasurers and recorders in a city of the third, fourth, or fifth class and each town, will no longer need to be re-appointed every two years. Their appointment lasts until they vacate the office.
